Santavana is offered as an exclusive private retreat for up to 12 guests.
Our standard rate is ₱15,000 per night.
As part of our opening offer, we are currently extending a limited Php 5,000 discount, bringing the rate to ₱10,000 per night.
To secure your reservation, a 50% non-refundable booking fee is required.
The remaining balance must be settled before your reserved date.
Each reservation grants you exclusive access to the entire 450-square-meter forest retreat. This includes the private cold spring pool, fully equipped kitchen, open living spaces, and surrounding greenery—offering complete privacy and uninterrupted rest.

Santavana is intentionally designed without air-conditioning and internet access. The natural breeze cools the space, while the absence of connectivity invites you to fully disconnect—because the purpose of your stay is to reconnect with what truly matters.
Our pool is naturally filtered by plants, free from chlorine and harsh chemicals. It offers a refreshing, gentle experience that feels closer to nature—calm, grounding, and quietly restorative.
Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen, open dining and lounge areas, and thoughtfully designed spaces that balance comfort with simplicity. Every element is curated to support a slower, more intentional stay.
Santavana is best suited for intimate gatherings that respect the tranquility of the space. It is ideal for small celebrations, private occasions, or simply time away from the noise.
Check-in is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM, allowing for a relaxed and unhurried transition in and out of the space.
